Libre 3 Plus price and 30-day cost

Libre 3 Plus has a labeled wear time of up to 15 days per sensor. Two sensors therefore represent up to 30 days, assuming full wear. The 2-pack example excludes any applicable tax, separately purchased reader or accessories, and additional sensors if replacement is needed. Thirty days is not every calendar month.

What happened to the original Libre 3?

Abbott discontinued standard Libre 3 and Libre 2 sensors on September 30, 2025. Switching to a Plus model requires a new prescription. See Abbott's sensor transition information.

The original Libre 3 listing currently shows $94.00 per sensor. Contact us about remaining stock and expiration dates before planning ongoing purchases of a discontinued model. Libre 3 and Libre 3 Plus are different products; check the exact name on your prescription and order.

Buying Libre 3 Plus without insurance

You can pay directly for sensors without submitting an insurance claim through Paragon. Cash-pay ordering does not remove prescription requirements. Confirm the sensor's compatibility with your phone, reader or pump before purchase, and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days; contact us before ordering for special shipping requests. Check the product page and checkout for available purchase options and delivery information. If selecting a subscription, match both the quantity and delivery interval to your supply needs; a monthly shipment of one 15-day sensor does not cover 30 days.
